Ashley Anderson

Ashley Andersen is an executive coach, facilitator, and speaker specializing in leadership
development, workforce well-being, and resilience in high-performance environments. With a
background in social work and psychology, she helps leaders at all levels—from emerging
managers to C-suite executives and boards—develop the self-awareness, strategic mindset,
and interpersonal skills needed to lead effectively.

Drawing from her experience coaching in corporate, nonprofit, government, startups, and
academia, Ashley integrates organizational dynamics and emotional intelligence into her
approach, ensuring leaders are equipped to handle complexity with clarity and confidence. She
has worked with teams to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and navigate transitions,
particularly during cultural shifts, leadership changes, and strategic growth events.

Ashley has designed and led leadership development and coaching programs for organizations
across industries, including a membership community for women in leadership that supported
emerging, mid-level, and executive leaders. She has been a featured speaker at international
and national conferences, led team retreats and workshops, and contributed to panels,
webinars, and podcasts on topics such as women in leadership, mental health and well-being in
the workplace, resilience, and empathic leadership.

She is the Founder and CEO of EzraSage, where she and her team help organizations create
sustainable cultures of performance and well-being.

Coaching Philosophy

Ashley’s coaching is grounded in self-awareness, strengths-based leadership, and
compassionate accountability. She helps leaders process challenges, reframe limiting beliefs,
expand their understanding of their impact, and take intentional action. Through inquiry-driven
coaching, she challenges leaders while creating a safe space for reflection and growth.

Education & Certifications

Ashley holds certifications from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), is a certified Dare
to Lead™ Facilitator (Brené Brown) and is a Certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Co-
Active Training Institute. She is also certified in Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching
(ORSCC) and as a 5 Behaviors® of a Cohesive Team facilitator.

She earned a BA in Psychology and English from the University of New Hampshire and an
MSW from the City University of New York (Hunter College).
